If your score is 16 or higher: You have a healthy self-esteem about yourself. You view yourself as a healthy, whole individual.

If your score is 9-15: You may be unsure about your self-worth. You may feel good about yourself sometime but your view about yourself changes based on circumstances.

If your score is 8 or below: You have a low self-esteem and struggle with self-confidence. Consider setting personal goals, such as exercising, joining a team, learning a new language or instrument. Ask yourself with what areas of my life am I dissatisfied or what do I really want in life  and turn those answers into goals. Make them specific and attainable.
