PROJECT ANALYST

Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Ability to work well with a wide variety of staff and outside contacts.  Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in order to meet all deadlines.  This position requires the candidate’s ability to work well with co-workers and management, follow company policies and procedures for administrative duties. High degree of confidentiality required.  This position is a salaried position. The person will be the principal evaluator responsible for analyzing and providing timely reports of outcomes thus requiring advanced understanding and application of statistics and confident use of statistic software, SPSS.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Graduate degree in Psychology, Statistics, or Social Science.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication as well as excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize effectively and proven success.
  • Must be a team player with a professional and pleasant demeanor. Possess excellent analytical skills. Possess a positive attitude and leadership qualities. Be personable, patient, willing to learn. Must be able to manage multiple deadlines, work independently and have excellent project and time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel and some weekend work required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred but not required.

DUTIES

  • Works closely with President and Family Bridges Program Support/Administrative Staff.
  • Complete semi-annual reports and other outcome evaluation reports required by OFA.
  • Complete annual outcome/impact reports for each provider.
  • Complete annual outcome impact/outcome aggregate totals for annual report.
  • Ensure updates to assessments/evaluation measures made are updated accurately with web-based management.
  • Lead assessment team at Meier Clinics in writing and publishing articles in professional journals regarding the results of the programs rendered.
  • Coordinate site-visits with OFA/ACF project officers or outside evaluation teams contracted by OFA/ACF.
  • Lead focus group teams in ensuring team follows protocols established and in keeping with established deadlines.
  • Monitor doctoral students completing dissertation utilizing CCHM & HMI in ensuring data fidelity and regular dissemination of findings to providers and community.
  • Collaborate with HMI team leaders on programs organized and developed by Clinics and Project Team by attending regularly scheduled staff meetings and assuming requested roles at CCHM events (community forum & conference).
  • Implement performance documentation model as described in CCHM proposal
  • Report bi-monthly to the Program Director who will provide oversight and supervision. 
  • Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or President.
