Archdiocese of Chicago Family Ministries
	Elsie Radtke, Associate Director The Family Ministries Office of the Archdiocese of Chicago offers services to more than 8,000 couples annually. Through a wide range of programs, classes, workshops, and conferences the group helps build strong relationships among engaged, married, and remarried couples with or without children. Among other things, Family Ministries hosts an annual conference for stepfamilies, and is currently developing a program to train family coaches for the Hispanic community.
Casa de Carina
	Casa de Carina is a Spanish-language self-help bookstore and personal growth center. In addition to selling books, Casa de Carina offers seminars and workshops on personal growth topics as well as individual, couples, family, and group therapy services with licensed clinical social workers and psychologists.
Confederation of Spanish American Families
	Victoria Infante, Program Manager/Community Liaison The Confederation of Spanish American Families (CSAF) is a non-profit organization offering an array of services that embrace education and foster healthy lifestyles for adolescents by teaching abstinence from alcohol, drugs, violence, and sex. CSAF is committed to developing educational material that is culturally and bilingually sensitive in order to assist other organizations in educating the Hispanic population.
Cornerstone Counseling Center
	Cornerstone Counseling Center of Chicago (CCCOC) is a full service psychological and counseling agency located just North of the Loop in Chicago. CCCOC's staff are licensed Masters and Doctoral level Christian professionals that offer services to the adults, couples, children, adolescents, families, groups, churches and schools of all income levels of our local community.

	Covenant Group is a grassroots organization comprised of three ministries collaborating together to serve individuals, couples and families.
Hispanic Bible School
	Maria S. Arellano-Buchanan, MA, MDiv The Hispanic Bible School (HBS) was founded to prepare men and women to serve Christ, the church and Christian institutions through theological, Bible-based training within a Hispanic cultural context. HBS continues to expand its vision and offers counseling and educational services to help men, women, couples, and families confronting today's societal challenges.
I Am A.B.L.E. Center for Family Development
	Christian Zapata, MSW, Clinical Director I Am A.B.L.E. is a faith-based, non-profit counseling agency which provides clinical and education services to inner city, low-income, African American and Latino families who may be at risk for family violence, substance abuse, marital break-up and child welfare involvement in the greater Chicagoland area.
Instituto Superación Familiar
	Jorge Davila, Director Instituto Superación Familiar (ISF), translated Family Improvement Institute, is an editorial group seeking to help Latino families of all economic backgrounds improve their quality of life through literature and other resources such as audio visual materials, seminars, conferences and workshops.
Lawndale Christian Health Center
	Noe Fermoso Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) is a non-profit, community health organization where holistic, affordable, quality health care is delivered to more than 30,000 patients in the North/South Lawndale and East/West Garfield Park communities.
Manjarres & Associates
	Yolanda Manjarres, Community Outreach Coordinator Manjarres and Associates serves to provide qualified and culturally appropriate counseling, parenting education, professional and educational training, advocacy & referral services to the Latino/Hispanic families, couples, and individuals who are residents of the Northern Illinois area, to assist them in learning to develop healthy interpersonal skills necessary to form and sustain healthy relationships.

	Nancy Brown, President Meier Clinics Foundation (Foundation) is a faith-based, non-profit organization providing comprehensive mental health services in a safe environment to men, women, and children who face difficult issues that rob them of satisfaction and enjoyment in life. All clinical staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family counselors, addiction counselors, dieticians, etc.) are fully credentialed and professionally trained. Meier Clinics operates in 10 states with headquarters in Wheaton, Illinois.

	Kenneth Kalina, Director – New Life Centers New Life Centers (NLC) of Chicagoland is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational enrichment, health awareness, and life resources to individuals of all ages in the heart of Chicago.
St. Pius V Parish
	Dolores Tapia St. Pius V Parish serves as a safe haven for Hispanic immigrants as well as the established Hispanic community in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. The Parish serves more than 3,000 people at six Sunday services and thousands more through counseling, education, community action, and religious formation efforts.
The Salvation Army Family & Community Services
	Joan Kurtz Operating out of various offices in and around Chicago, The Salvation Army Family & Community Services (SA) provides comprehensive counseling, crisis intervention, homemaker services, client advocacy and case management, violence prevention and intervention services for both victims and perpetrators, as well as community information and referral services.
University of Illinois Extension/DuPage County
	Betty Barsley-Marra University of Illinois Extension is the outreach effort of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which offers education programs in five broad areas: youth development, consumer and family education, environmental stewardship, nutrition and wellness, and community and economic development.
