Chicago Commission on Human Relations/Advisory Council on Latino Affairs

The Advisory Council on Latino Affairs is one of eight groups that report to the Chicago Commission on Human Relations. These counsels are charged with educating and enforcing policies that eliminate discrimination as well as acting as a liaison between city, government, and community organizations.

Evangelical Child & Family Agency

Evangelical Child & Family Agency (ECFA) provides adoption, pregnancy counseling, and family and child welfare services throughout Illinois. The agency addresses the physical and emotion needs of individuals and families from a biblical standpoint and focuses first on filling the spiritual needs of its clients.

Lifelink Corporation

Lifelink Corporation is a non-profit Illinois Head Start organization in DuPage County. The IHSA is committed to enhancing the development of children, empowering families and strengthening communities. Lifelink Corporation serves more than 400 Head Start families in DuPage County.

West Chicago Police Department

The West Chicago Police Department Social Service Unit works primarily with victims of domestic violence and other crimes, juvenile/family problems and those with mental health concerns.  Neighborhood Resource Centers provide after-school and family programs in targeted neighborhoods within the community. All services are provided in English and Spanish.
